We are a fast-growing, London-based Business Transformation Consultancy, partnering with mid-market and enterprise clients across the UK and Europe to deliver large-scale change programmes, including digital transformation, operating model redesign, cost optimisation, and cultural change.
With a growing portfolio of blue-chip clients, a seasoned leadership team, and a strong delivery track record, the business is entering its next phase of strategic growth and international expansion. We are now seeking to appoint an experienced Non-Executive Director (NED) to bring strategic oversight, governance support, and external perspective to the board.
Role Purpose
As a Non-Executive Director, you will play a key role in supporting the Board and executive leadership in shaping and executing the firm’s strategic ambitions. This includes guiding market positioning, supporting scale-up efforts, strengthening governance, and acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior team.
Key Responsibilities
-  Provide independent oversight and strategic input into the firm’s growth plans, business development, and service proposition. 
-  Advise on scaling professional services delivery, operational maturity, and client relationship management. 
-  Bring market insights to help shape positioning in the transformation, consulting, and digital change landscape. 
-  Support the CEO and leadership in governance, risk management, and commercial decision-making. 
-  Contribute to Board deliberations on strategic partnerships, talent strategy, and long-term planning. 
-  Where relevant, support potential capital events (private equity investment, M&A, or exit planning). 
-  Promote and support a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation. 
Candidate Profile
-  Proven experience as a Non-Executive Director or senior executive (e.g., Managing Partner, COO, or Transformation Director) within consulting, professional services, or related industries. 
-  Deep understanding of business transformation and change management, preferably from a delivery or strategic advisory background. 
-  Commercially astute with experience scaling consulting or advisory businesses, ideally with exposure to private equity or high-growth environments. 
-  Strong governance knowledge and the ability to constructively challenge and advise the executive team. 
-  A credible and trusted voice with extensive networks in corporate and/or government sectors. 
-  Previous involvement in international expansion, digital services, or managed services is desirable.

-  Quarterly Board meetings (hybrid) 
-  Occasional ad hoc advisory support (e.g., investor meetings, strategy off-sites)
