Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategy Director to lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Development:
- Lead the development of the company’s corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision and goals.

- Create and communicate a clear roadmap for achieving strategic goals, including short-term priorities and long-term initiatives.

- Identify opportunities for business growth, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, or market expansion.
- Provide actionable insights into customer needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities to shape the company’s future direction.
- Operational Alignment & Execution:
- Work closely with department heads to translate the corporate strategy into actionable business plans and initiatives.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment to achieve key strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and regularly report on progress to the executive team.
- Business Transformation & Innovation:
- Drive business transformation projects, including digital transformation, process improvements, and organizational change.
- Identify and lead innovation initiatives, exploring new business models, technologies, and solutions to enhance competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing transformative programs that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Assess potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyze the impact of business decisions on the company’s performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a thought leader on key strategic issues, advising the leadership team on critical business decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, and partners, to communicate the company’s strategic vision and goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to the executive leadership and board of directors on strategic plans, progress updates, and business performance.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the company’s strategic journey.
- Financial Planning & Budgeting:
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation plans that support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and financial goals.
- Provide recommendations for cost management, revenue generation, and resource optimization to drive sustainable growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior strategy role, such as Strategy Director, Head of Strategy, or similar.
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful corporate strategies, including business growth, market expansion, or business transformation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams around strategic goals.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
