After recent challenges with an external partner, we’re seeking an experienced and proactive Sales & Marketing Consultant to step in immediately, stabilize operations, and help drive renewed growth.
Role Overview
In this interim role, you’ll be responsible for driving client acquisition, strengthening existing relationships, and rebuilding our momentum following the loss of a major client. This is a hands-on, strategic, and operational role suited to someone who can hit the ground running in the celebrity, entertainment, and PR landscape.
You’ll work five days per week, with the expectation of being on-site in Marbella 2–3 days per week during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to re-engage leads and attract new clients

Audit and optimise current marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, PR materials, and website messaging

Support client communication, helping rebuild trust, visibility, and brand confidence

Work closely with the Founder to define and deliver short-term recovery plans and long-term growth objectives

Represent the agency in virtual and in-person client meetings, pitches, and strategic discussions

Monitor market trends within entertainment, celebrity partnerships, and PR to identify new opportunities
Requirements

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within PR, entertainment, celebrity management, or brand partnerships

Strong understanding of celebrity campaigns, media relations, and talent-driven marketing

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Based in Spain or able to travel to Marbella 2–3 days per week during busy periods
