We’re looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team, lead our technology strategy, and drive the next phase of our platform’s evolution.
The Role:
As CTO, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our technology vision while ensuring scalable, secure, and customer-centric delivery. You’ll lead a growing engineering and product team, influence strategic decision-making, and be pivotal in building a world-class Fintech product and culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business objectives, scalability, and innovation.

Leadership: Build, inspire, and mentor high-performing engineering, DevOps, and product teams.

Architecture & Scalability: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable systems and infrastructure to support rapid growth and international expansion.

Product Delivery: Work closely with Product, Data, and Design teams to ensure timely, quality releases and seamless user experiences.

Security & Compliance: Ensure the platform meets the highest standards of security, data protection (e.g., GDPR), and regulatory compliance (e.g., FCA).

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key member of the leadership team, collaborating with the CEO, CFO, and CPO to align technology with company goals.

Investor Relations: Support fundraising efforts with technical insight and help communicate our innovation strategy to investors and partners.
Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in a high-growth Fintech or related SaaS company.

Strong background in software engineering, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), microservices, and modern tech stacks.

Experience scaling systems to support large user bases and high transaction volumes.

Deep understanding of the UK financial regulatory landscape, including Open Banking, PSD2, and FCA compliance.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
