Electricity transmission and distribution networks. Regulated network businesses operating under Ofgem’s RIIO price control framework. Senior hiring intersects with regulatory cycle positioning, asset management strategy, and the substantial network upgrade programmes underpinning UK electrification.

Gas networks and gas supply. Regulated gas distribution, gas transmission, and the evolving role of gas networks in UK energy transition (hydrogen blending, low-carbon gas).

Senior roles we recruit

Chief Executive Officer. UK energy and utilities CEOs typically have substantive prior operating experience in the specific sub-sector, with regulatory engagement experience increasingly central to the role.

Chief Operating Officer / Operations Director. Senior operating leadership accountable for substantive infrastructure operations, asset management, and (for networks) the regulatory delivery framework.

Non-Executive Directors and Chairs. Independent NEDs with substantive sector experience, including audit committee chairs, risk committee chairs, and Chairs at listed and PE-backed energy and utilities firms.
