Senior roles we recruit

Chief Executive Officer. UK manufacturing CEOs typically have substantive prior operating experience in the specific sub-sector. The CEO leads commercial and operating strategy, board engagement, and (for PE-backed firms) sponsor relationship management.

Chief Operating Officer / Operations Director. Senior operating leadership accountable for manufacturing operations, supply chain, and (often) procurement. The substantive operating-rhythm experience is central.

Manufacturing Director. Plant-level and multi-site manufacturing leadership, typically reporting to COO or directly to CEO depending on firm structure.
